ABOUT ME
Tim Wood is currently the Battery Coordinator for the WGI group Infinity Percussion, and Snare tech for the Madison Scouts.  He works seasonally as the Director of the Royal Guard of Oman Drum Corps producing shows for military ceremonies, public displays, and private performances for the Sultan (2012-present).
Tim worked with George Mason University's Indoor WGI Drumline in 2012 and 2013, winning a gold medal in PIO before the group moved to the World Class division.   He also taught the Spirit of Atlanta for the 2013 and 2014 seasons, during which he moved to Florida and started working with Infinity (2014-present).  Tim has also recently joined the Madison Scouts' instructional staff as a snare tech (2015-present) and Liberty University's Indoor Drumline as a consultant (2016 WGI season).
Tim marched with the Raiders Drum and Bugle Corps (2008), the Madison Scouts (2009), and Rhythm X (2010).  He also performed with the 'Top Secret Drum Corps' in Switzerland and Scotland at the Basel and Edinburgh Military Tattoos, at Busch Gardens in Virginia, with the Phoenix Suns' Drumline (PHX Percussion) and at Universal Studios in Orlando Florida.
Tim's main qualification on guitar is that he can shred.  He has taught guitar privately for 8 years, both independantly and at DNMusic in Poquoson, Virginia.
Tim splits his time between Virginia, Florida, and Oman, and enjoys helping people get better at thinking through music.
